Fast fixes (most common)
Start here before doing anything else.

Clear browser cache/cookies for the login domain and restart the browser.
Try another browser
Test a different browser or device to confirm whether the issue is local to one setup.
Check network
Some networks block sign-in pages. Try mobile data or a different Wi-Fi.
Verify the domain
Make sure you are using an official sign-in URL and not a lookalike page.
